three.ws Is Now an Official IBM Business Partner
three.ws has been accepted into IBM's official Business Partner program. This partnership brings together the open-source, browser-native reliability and decentralized on-chain identity of three.ws with IBM's leadership in AI and enterprise solutions.
What the partnership represents
IBM Business Partners gain access to IBM's global enterprise go-to-market network, co-sell resources, and integration pathways with IBM's AI and cloud portfolio. For three.ws, this creates a distribution channel into enterprise deployments where IBM's existing customer relationships, compliance frameworks, and support infrastructure can carry three.ws agents into regulated industries.
Why enterprise AI needs embodiment
Enterprise AI deployments today are primarily headless — text in, text out, embedded in dashboards and chat interfaces that feel like forms. three.ws is the layer that gives those agents a persistent 3D presence: a face, a voice, a body that reacts to data, and an on-chain identity that persists across platforms.
Concretely, three.ws brings enterprise AI deployments:
- A 3D customer interface. Agents that look and move in response to the conversation, reducing the uncanny valley of text-only AI interaction.
- Browser-native delivery. No client install, no plugin, no native app — WebGL renders in every modern browser.
- Decentralized identity. ERC-8004 on-chain identity means agent personas persist and are verifiable without IBM's or three.ws's servers being the single point of trust.
- High-security architecture. No private keys in client code; no centralized credential store for agent wallets.
- x402 native payments. Machine-to-machine micropayment settlement without bespoke billing integrations.
One clarification: the public demos at three.ws/ibm are independent tools we built for developers to explore IBM Granite on watsonx.ai — they are not official partnership deliverables, IBM products, or endorsed by IBM. The partnership work itself is being built on the IBM platform and is not yet public.
