Content Policy

Effective: June 21, 2026  ·  Terms of Service  ·  Privacy Policy

three.ws lets anyone create, embed, and monetise 3D AI agents, avatars, and the assets that surround them. This Content Policy explains what you may and may not publish, mint, or sell through the Service. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By uploading, generating, listing, or transacting any content you agree to these rules.

1. Scope

"Content" means anything you submit to or generate on three.ws: avatars, meshes, textures, animations, agent personas and prompts, chat messages, marketplace listings, profile copy, embedded widgets, and any token, skill, or service you launch or sell through the platform.

2. You own and warrant your content

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing it you confirm that you hold all rights necessary to do so and that the content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. Do not upload selfies, likenesses, brands, or 3D scans of people without their consent or of trademarks you do not own.

3. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, mint, list, or distribute content that:

4. Agents, personas, and AI output

Agents you publish must not be configured to produce the prohibited content above, to impersonate a real person without disclosure, or to give advice (financial, legal, medical) presented as professional guidance. You are responsible for your agent's behaviour and for the prompts and knowledge you give it. We may suspend agents that generate harmful output at scale.

5. Tokens, payments, and financial content

three.ws includes on-chain tooling (x402 payments, token launches, wallets). You are solely responsible for compliance with the securities, money-transmission, and tax laws of your jurisdiction. Do not use the platform to launder funds, evade sanctions, or market a token with false or misleading claims. Nothing on three.ws is financial advice, and any token you launch is your own undertaking, not an endorsement by us.

6. Marketplace and monetisation

Items you list for sale must be accurately described, must be content you are entitled to sell, and must deliver what the listing promises. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may delist items, reverse payouts for fraud, and withhold revenue tied to policy violations.

7. Embedded agents

When you embed an agent on a third-party site you remain responsible for its content there. Do not embed agents on pages that violate this policy, and do not use the embed to track or collect data from end users beyond what your own privacy policy discloses.

8. Reporting and enforcement

If you believe content on three.ws violates this policy or your rights, email abuse@three.ws with the URL and a description. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts or agents, reverse transactions, or report to authorities. Enforcement is at our discretion and does not waive any other remedy.

9. Changes

We may update this Content Policy as the platform and the law evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
