Every wallet that traded an observed coin, classified by its cross-coin footprint. Win-rate is the share of its bought coins that graduated or pumped — counted once a wallet has at least 3 labeled coins. This is the order book behind the order book.
Signal weights
Each launch-time signal's correlation with a good outcome (graduated or pumped), learned from every labeled coin. Green predicts winners; red predicts losers. No black box — these are plain correlations the sniper blends into its score.
